Spoon occurs as band from Austin, Texas that was formed in 1992 by lead singer/guitarist Britt Daniel and drummer Jim Eno. Spoon, known as fallowing the song by krautrock band Can, signed with Elektra Records inside 1998, but a contract was dropped shortly fallowing a band freed A Series of Sneaks. Within response to existence dropped, Spoon freed the 2-song EP titled The Agony of Laffitte, referring to ElektrThe A&R man Ron Laffitte, and were eventually signed to Merge Records. When a release of their additional recent albums, Spoon has been met by using far flung critical acclamation. Girls Can Tell, released around 2001, sold additional copies than two their last releases combined. Kill the Moonlight accomplished the equivalent exploit a year late. Their latest album, Gimme Fiction, was released in May 10 2005 on Merge Records. A band has recently been featured on the Video Omid Presents by Omid on the song Anti-Christ.
